This is the mystery tack I need identified, 

I had thought of this ~

I had the same idea as this ' schwundgeld '. ( I thought of maybe inserting a tiny flexable chip with a little clock in it into every currency bill. It would be a little hologram thing, acting like a watermark, it would tell you the time and date, and be like a little meter showing how the bill you have is depreciating according to it's own little clock ) < There's a lot of reasons why this doesn't work out, and can only be done on a very small scale { say a local currency within your office building or something } >

{ Lots of things will get tried and discarded as we move along to something else. There'll never be any ' final economy ' despite what the Marxists or the Friedmanites think. We have all the technology for something better, what we don't have is better social / political situation < we're really at a dead end > Things'll shift around maybe seriously in how we do ' everyday life ' but not for a while yet ( I'm guessing years ) }

The End, if there was an end would have to be observable somehow, as well as ' complete ' in a sense. There can't be any ' Perfect Entropy ' and subsequently no End. Total Entropy would be 100% observable and knowable ( violating Hisenberg ) So that'll never happen ( there'll always be a corner you can't paste down so to speak ) And so, no end, and no end means not a simulation or program. Reality ( the universe ) could get to almost prefect, total, heat uniformity of 99.99999999999999 ~ %, but never to 100 %. Flucations will appear, as soon as there's a difference, things start happening, ( and probably, the whole thing starts over again )

Lots of rain here, so I'm happy about that.

     someone's pet tarantula got out of it's tank and went out the window
     seriously , they had the police looking for it, the interviewed people  who were saying they should use the national defense force to find it
   and this is national news, someone's pet spider got loose, not even a big tarantual , it was about the size of two playing cards

This and That ~

I was thinking last night. It says RNT was in Ireland for ten years and then went back to MO ( and started in on them ... ) She'd been dating this ALN guy for seven years when I last saw her. ( I met ALN too, she came over and then we met him later, I'll find the picture, we went to Japantown in SF. Independently of me or anything, RNT ( scary but ) she also had started teaching herself Japanese around the same time I did ( yes really ) and when she was in Ireland she was working at one of the two Japanese resturants in Dublin, had made friends with Kimiko, and had co-started the ' Ireland-Japan Friendship Society ' ( god ) < It's always some kind of organization with her { this is a female ENTJ for you personality fans out there, kind of rare } > She couldn't get as far with it as I did ( She doesn't have an edidic memory like I do. One of those things you can thank god for late at night )

RNT was telling me about ALN ( He was really nice, I he was in civil service in Ireland and well he was really patient and tolerant , I think that was part of his job, poor ALN ) and she was saying ' We've been dating for seven years and he just hasn't decided to marry me yet, but he will it's just because he's Irish and it takes him a long time to make up his mind about anything ' ( I didn't say ' He's afraid of you like everyone else on the planet and he's never going to marry you ' but that was what was going on ) Anyway, they didn't get married and so she finally gave up and went home ( I wouldn't want to be in Kansas City when RNT got back )

She could find me if wanted to , simply because things are getting more integrated with Facebook and all that, but she probably hasn't figured out what she plans to do next at this point ( so there's no reason to get me )

But she will. It's only a matter of time. Only a matter of time.

Isukiri ~ ( hikizuru no seishin / spirit wakes ) and Catch a Falling Star

I had never really talked to YKA. She almost never spoke. I hadn't made the mistake of thinking she wasn't paying attention or all there ( although she tried to get me to think she was ' osonai-boke ' ( early senility ) ~ ( she actually told me she was, but she was trying to get me to drop my guard < I didn't have one to drop > ) We were all in our late 20s here [ actually I don't know how old YKA was ]

One thing about YKA however was, when she did say anything I could understand her perfectly, just compeltely perfectly. This was because she spoke ... really ... slowly. YMK would make fun of how slowly YKA spoke sometimes, but, for me to understand her Japanese it was perfect. < Her sister, CIH, when she came over to visit also spoke the same way. Turns out they were like the slow-talkn' TSUA family. { CIH was the one who was transfixed by my forearms. She just sat there the whole time and stared at my arms pretty much at the New Years party }


I could understand YMK fairly well, but she preferred to speak English. I had a hard time understanding SNYA, but everyone did, including YMK. He spoke very fast and used a lot of slang and contractions. But I could understand YKA perfectly, except it was very hard to guess what she might be thinking as her face was paralyzed. ( She had Bell's palsy, the left side of her face was pulled down and back permanently, and they'd done an operation to try and fix it but if failed resulted in her entire face being numb, so YKA simply had no facial expressions at all. Big advantage. { You can play poker with YKA if you like } )

{ Also, YKA was a travel agent < that's what she was doing here , she was the one moving everyone around >, and just like Gaiman says ' it's those chicks at the airport ... ' { Neil knows what's up, listen to Neil } < The reason for it is a combination of the female strong intuitive, and a wealth of experience with a broad range of people , just like Henry Miller's job at the Cosmodemonic Telegraph Company, that's how they get good at it. > }


So we were in the car together while YMK was in the clinic office. YMK had become anemic, and this was soon after she'd met me, so YKA was suspicicous. ( I often thought YKA was going to draw down on me with a haraigushi or throw salt on me , but after a while she decided I was OK, even if I was ' kirin ' of some variety or maybe a Baku that got lost in a storm ) By this point however they were looking for a way to integrate me into their system. ( They were treating me like I was Japanese by this point ( halfway , { or I like I used to say, ' Midway ' [ boom-tish ] } How this came about is a different discussion. That may sound interesting, but, it's actually strange and somewhat disturbing and I don't recommend it unless you're already strange and somewhat disturbing { not that I know anyone like that } )


I couldn't figure out what this was all about still however. SNYA was maybe , as far as I could tell, the Japanese version of me, and then there was YMK. Me and SNYA had discovered that we were almost exactly the same age ( he was a month older than me ) I'd thought he was younger, he'd thought I was younger, but after that we were calling each other ~ kun. < This is a bigger deal in Japan than it is here > That would have made some kind of sense. I just didn't get it and I didn't want to say anything about YMK and what was going on with her so I asked YKA about SNYA.


SNYA was very restless. ( I'm not ) When I saw the trailer for the movie ' Pollock ' with Ed Harris later, it was of this scene where he's sitting a the dinner table drumming and tapping on glasses and things, SNYA did that while we were at the horrible Christmas party, exactly like that. He talked all the time ( YMK would tell him to shut up sometimes ) And he couldn't entirely get through YMK doing her ' cha-no-yu ' thing she had all prepared at the New Years party. ( It was when she had to stop and read a speech she'd written he started to loose it )


So, along with everything else I just couldn't get a grasp of what we were all doing together. I wondered what YKA made of all this, so I asked her ' SNYA is very restless. Why is he so ' ochitsukanai ' ? ' and YKA told me.

SNYA had his uncle's seishin ( spirit ). His uncle had been a pilot in the Pacific war. And then she added ... ' tokubetsu kōgeki shimeitai '{ Special Attacks Task Force Group }. { This is what we call ' kamikaze '. The Japanese don't use that term among themselves. } It started to make sense to me. And then I told YKA my story. " Taiheiyou senso jidai ni ... "


One of my uncles was killed in the Pacfic. He was on a destroyer, this was late in the war. The carrier group they were part of had been attacked and there was a munitions ship that was on fire and sinking and had been abandoned, however, there were some guys trapped in one of the bulkheads. The destroyer could only stay in the area for a few minutes before they had to leave to protect the carrier. They asked for a volunteer. My uncle went aboard to try and rescue these guys. ( This was almost certainly suicidal ) While this was going on, a second wave of Japanese planes attacked.

They'd been following the wakes of the ships, and not finding the carrier there, they attacked the destroyer instead. One of the planes was shinfu ( a kamikaze ) He attacked the destroyer but was so badly damaged ( I remember being told ' wing was shot off ' ) that he overshot the destroyer and just almost by accident ... plowed directly into the hold of the munitions vessel. ( This was probably a very large explosion ) { My uncle was posthumously awarded a Silver Star }


Neither of us said it of course.  There was no need to be able to see anything in YKAs face, but I knew she at least was certain we'd discovered what was going on. I was still confused about it then, but I didn't understand things as well then as I do now, and it light of what happened later, it all makes sense.

It's The Ears ... ~ and ~ ( A Dangerous Intersection )

There were two reasons why YKA thought I was The Baku ( and both are probably right )

Even though I met YMK simply because I answered the ad for tutoring ( ... please leave a message and I will get back at you ... ) < so I know that's someone actually Japanese > { YMK was the second tutor I had for Japanese, the first was Sanam, who wasn't Japanese, she was Iranian, but that's another story }

Somehow, whatever YMK was doing here ( which was very unusual as she was a ' normal Japanese girl ' in all respects < very unusual > ) must have sort of pulled me into the ring. ( Essentially, ' she summoned The Baku ' ( ! )   YKA probably knew something like that had happened, but then decided I was a Good Baku and it was all okay ( all Baku are good : < except for Lewis, he's kind of a jerk > ) But, this just couldn't work. It was all a strange illusion in a way, but we kept going on like it wasn't, because no one knew what else to do.

YMK had shown me pictures of her parents ( among lots of pictures and some video they'd made and sent her ) Her father < who was Christian, YMK had a small cross made out of little diamonds that she wore all the time that he'd given her. I thought I had a picture of her wearing it but I guess I don't. I don't know for a fact : but I think he might have been one of the Isukiri people ( hence the title of these stories ( and everyone has a Japanese twin version of themselves someplace over there as the general theme of things ) ) would have liked me a lot. She said she got along with him very well but ' he kind of drinks a lot ... ' He ran a little printing shop in Gunma.  YMK's mother however, oooh.....

I was crossing Geary at 19th and almost go hit by a car. I looked at the car, it was YMK !!! She almost ran over me in the crosswalk. We were looking at eat other and she did the Japanese ' pain / embarressment ' smile. I hadn't seen her for several months or talked to her. There were other people in the car ( not YKA or SNYA ) with her. I had to cross to get out of the street so I sort of jogged across and I looked back right at the light changed ( 19th is really dangerous ) The woman in the passengers seat was YMK's mother ( she was looking at me like she'd have been happier not just if YMK had run me down me but if I'd had been on the Oklahoma when she rolled over  )

I made ' phone ' gesture to YMK as I was getting out of the way, but YMK never called. { That was the last time I saw her  }

I think I realised what was happening but not until about a year later ( It was something came up at the big fetish fashion photoshoot of all things that sort of screwed in the bulb, and then the light went on went on a while later ) < But I'll have to recount the day at PGWH's for that to be clear > ( maybe tomorrow ) { It's not something I like to think about a lot }




( YMK always wore something ' shinku ' ( scarlet ) < Maybe she was Japan's Gloria Allred waiting to happen > ( It was my alternate reading of the characters for shinku that lead to the frist ' bad word ' < some weeaboo points for weeaboys and weeagirls in that > )

In other news I was just thinking about how nothing in ' disability world ' really makes or ever made any sense ( it does in the larger mechanism , but for the people there, it makes none ) We had the first serious meeting for DRAC ( Disability Resource Advocacy Center , I think that was it ) , whatever the date was I'd have to check, but I remember the day as, we were having the meeting , ( this was me, and three disabled lawyers, talking about starting a non-profit ) and someone called and said ' turn on the TV ' and it was the bizarre slow motion white bronco OJ chase. ( very surreal ) It didn't occur to me then , but does now, how appropriate that was. Disability anything = The Chewbaca Defense ( It does NOT make SENSE ! )

Was thinking about RNT ( before switching focus to DMP period goings on , and I've been told YMK/Japan period is ' boring ' < and it was kind of boring now that I think about it > so we'll drop that )

RNT didn't like the world. And I think her reaction to Kansas City, MO , if not simply ' reality ' was to erase it and turn everything into ' Renatuland '. Her strategy for doing this was ' Irish '. She eventually went to Ireland and was there for ten years I guess. She was a Ph. D candidate at Univ. of Dublin for a while, but she hated her adviser whomever and couldn't work in the system there ( more likely couldn't Renatuize them and the whole country )

The last time I saw RNT ( actually second to last time ) She was out here in CA , came to SF to get away from the anti-Renatu riots that were going on on U. of Dublin campus. ( Yes really ) This is what had happened. She was a TA for Doctor Whomever ( I think yeah she had her MA by then ) and she basically did the most of the classes in Celtic whatever and then there were finals. ( She told me ' The Professor gave me very clear instructions on how to grade the papers, they had to say , this, this, this, this, etc. ' The result of having Rentau grade the papers ( and these were grad students who needed to graduate and all ) is she failed 70% of everyone the and gave most of the rest Ds.

( That's when the riots started. They couldn't take any more of the Over The Top Renatu ) !!!!

She left and started working at the jewelry store and was dating ALN ( the floor of their apt. collapsed when the Liffy overflowed some years ago now , big disaster, the crooked Irish contractor guy wouldn't fix it and denied he'd done the whole thing wrong , which of course he had , typical )

Now, she's back in MO. She's started ' Celtic Restoration on the Prarie ' ! ( She couldn't make Ireland work for her, so she went home and now she's determined to turn MO and probably the rest of the world into Renatearth. That's what she's trying to do !!! )

Not the DMP story ~ ( and it's really cold there ... )

After a little sideline discussion of what this story is supposed to be about, it's not ' the DMP story '. That's just sort of the topic, it colorful so it holds interest, it's all true, ( these are factual events , not ' characters ' or ' a story ' ) but they point it ~ Why. Why did this happen ? What is the mechanism or =isms operating.

For example. DMP was essentially ' your inferior personality on tap ' for me ( very inferior ) < The general concept of ' the shadow self ' , ' the wounded self ' , ' the rejected self ' , ' the inferior self ' , etc. > It just showed up and rang the doorbell. Did I create DMP ??? Did DMP create me ??? Did we create each other ? How does this operate ? Every particle ( sub~atomic ) has and anti-particle, the particles find each other and ' anihilate ' ( which sounds like a dramatic explosion, but, they simply change, the universe dosen't explode )

Did my simply being me , say with settings in XX00 position, somehow almost magnetically pull DMP, with settings 00XX toward me , and visa versa ? Did me simply being me act like some kind of ' summoning magic ' ( ' poof ! ' there she is < and was damn damn damn hard to get rid of .... ) If that Does happen, why doesn't it happen all the time all day long ( why isn't it more obvious ? ) Or , does it ? IS that what's happening all the time.

I was aware of this going on while we were still in proximity and I observed the situation, ( these are my findings ) < Similarly with YMK, SNYA, and all > { Not so much with Renatu Vs. ! , other than I think JKH had it with ' Har Har, there's two of them and they bounce off each other ! }

By that time in things my magic-jutsu was good enough that I didn't make the the usual mistake. ( I didn't try to change DMP ) I didn't even make the slightest attempt to ' wand ' DMP into something I wanted or even anything other than what she was. I simply tried to show her ( quite explicitly, this is what I actually said verbatim ) that a) none of these guys are ever going to marry you , that plan isn't going to work and b) with my planning and organizational abilities and your charisma and sales talents , we could accomplish something that works ( that was it, that was my proposal to DMP. She turned it down. Soon after, exit DMP, the end )

Of the many things that got kicked around for doing the whole time me and DMP were together there at the apt. in SF. Three of which would have worked without any doubt. Frist was moving to San Diego with MCHL and Jinsenon and Bunkerd and some of those guys and setting up what I guess now is ' Pacific Sports ' That didn't happen as DMP's mother wouldn't let DMP marry MCHL ( wrong class, to marry DMP you had to be from Back East, have gone to a League school and have a III or a IV after your name , seriously ) So MQA nixed that.

Then, there were cousins of DMPs in Maine who had a clothing store. They were going to sell the store however as they had a daughter who was a musical prodigy ( she was I think eight and played the violin with symphonies in Europe etc ) So they were giving up the store to do the violin prodigy thing full time. It was DMPs mother who suggested that'd she'd buy the store ( MQA, lots of money ) and DMP and Grendel will move to ME and run it. Could have worked but DMP wouldn't do it ( wouldn't do ANYTHING that was MQA's idea )

The last thing was MQA wanted to start importing furniture form Thailand ( DMP and all of them speak Thai, K'mer, etc ) Thailand furniture was a really hot item at the time too. I, me this time, suggested, and this was right when things were hitting a dead end, ~ have MQA start the company, and me and DMP will simply run it as employee one and employee two ( I could do the whole thing with a laptop computer , and DMP could sell anything to anyone ) So that could have really workd and I actually got DMP to consdier it, even though MQA was involved ( we wouldn't be in ME all the time, etc ) But DMP insisted that MY family be involved too. And well that's where that failed. I actually brought DMP here to ' see the house '. After a couple of hours of these idiots ~ that was then end of that.

< I would never have gone to Sweden with DMP, but, we were talking about ' maybe marry ERC, we'll move to ME, live there for a while and then see what happens ' I figured they might go live in Sweden, I would stay and do whatever was next there in ME with the cousins, etc. Could have turned out that way. >
